MoveMentors connects personal trainers, yoga instructors, and fitness studios with clients worldwide — giving them tools to upload content, run live sessions, and build recurring revenue. We came in to design the full platform from scratch: discovery experience for users, creator tools for mentors, and the content management system tying it all together.

On the user side, we organized content into clear tabs — video training, live broadcasts, training plans — and built out a filtering system that actually works: instructor type, price, language, equipment. Live streams show as "upcoming" or "live now" so users can jump in without digging. Mentor profiles got the full treatment: bios, certifications, social links, a follow button, and booking for 1:1 sessions. We added monthly and annual subscriptions to give mentors a real path to recurring income.

For the mentor dashboard, we focused on making content easy to manage and hard to ignore. A sidebar keeps navigation tight, while the content tab displays everything in a scannable table — views, visibility toggles, quick edits. The "Create" button stays pinned at the top, always in view, nudging mentors to keep publishing.

The result: a platform that feels polished for users and powerful for creators — built to scale with both.
