RemainPresent is a platform for preserving life memories — stories, mementos, voice — and passing them on to the people who matter most, including after someone's gone. An AI assistant helps people recall and write their memories, and a voice clone reads them back, so anything saved can live on in the person's own voice.

The client came to us with an idea, not a product. A few flows sketched out, a belief that AI should help somehow, and no visual direction. Our job was to turn that into a real, cohesive product — everything except the logo and the code. We ran through around ten concepts before landing on a direction that felt right: calm, warm, quiet enough to hold heavy moments without getting in the way.

The hardest piece was the posthumous flow. Users assign guardians during their lifetime; after death, those guardians confirm the passing together before memories go out to recipients. Sensitive territory, and we spent real time on the copy, the illustrations, and an onboarding built specifically to carry people through it. We also designed a custom illustration set that scales across the product, the multi-page website, and future marketing.

The outcome: a full product, design system, and site — shipped, handed off, and ready to launch.
