Vei is a web platform where people monetize their skills through live sessions — think experts, coaches, consultants earning from what they know. We came in to overhaul the product: fix a clunky interface users were struggling with, streamline the core flows, and build dashboards that actually help people run their business. The brief was clear — make it intuitive, make it fast, make it work.

We started with user interviews to understand where things broke down. The existing interface had promise but the execution missed the mark — confusing onboarding, scattered navigation, no clear view of what mattered. We rebuilt the onboarding from scratch, breaking it into clean, logical steps so users could set up and start earning without friction. The new dashboard puts revenue data front and center — quick snapshots, goal tracking, customer insights, session analytics all in one view. No jumping between tools, no hunting for information. We designed booking and scheduling flows that felt obvious, payment features that inspired trust, and an interface that got out of the way so users could focus on their work, not the platform.

The result: a product that respects its users' time and helps them see their business clearly.

A group of four young adults are gathered around a table, engaging in a lively conversation and smiling. They appear to be in a casual, friendly meeting or study session. One person is using a tablet, another has a laptop, and two are holding coffee cups. The word "vei" is prominently displayed in the center of the image, accompanied by a simple, stylized logo of a person. The background features a white brick wall and wooden furniture, creating a cozy, informal atmosphere. / A motivational quote is displayed on a purple background with white text. The quote reads, "life is too short to be working for someone else's dream." The words "working" and "someone" are stylized in a playful, creative font, adding emphasis to the message. The text is enclosed in quotation marks, giving it a framed appearance.

Below, there's a timetable showing session schedules. The right page focuses on the "Advanced Popping" session with details about location, description, what to bring, session timetable, and payment options for one session, 10-session package, and monthly subscription.
A dark purple graphic highlighting the projected growth of the global online tutoring market. The text at the top reads, "The global Online Tutoring market size is projected to reach." The source of the information is stated at the bottom: "Source: Grand View Research."
