Ventur3 connects event planners with hotels — helping organizers build detailed RFPs, send them out, and get proposals back, all in one place. The team had deep industry experience (previously operating as Planner Hero) but no existing digital product. They came to us to build the platform from scratch — product design, branding, identity, and a marketing site.

The core challenge was designing for two very different users at once. Planners need focus and precision — they're filling out complex RFPs step by step, specifying meeting rooms, guest rooms, flexible dates, and custom requirements. We stripped each step down so they could concentrate on one thing at a time without distractions. Hoteliers, on the other hand, need speed — they're processing incoming requests on top of their regular work. So we built their side to be fast and fluid: review the RFP, propose alternatives, respond. Two different mindsets, one mirrored system. We also designed dashboards for both sides to track RFP and proposal activity, plus a messaging layer for the back-and-forth that inevitably comes up. On top of the product, we delivered a full brand identity — logo, colors, typography, visual assets for social — and a website to introduce Ventur3 to potential users.

The product is still in development, and the collaboration has naturally extended into ongoing design support — which says more than any metric.

Big thanks to Miranda Kutch, Jamie Jacobsen, and Thomas Bidinger for the sharp communication and clear direction throughout — made it easy to move fast on a complex product. And to Darina Khomenko and Christina Zamriy on the RDT side — thoughtful, thorough work across every layer of this project.
